If you're looking for a unique piece of artwork tailored to your vision, consider commissioning a bespoke painting. The right artwork will not only add interest to a room, but it will bring a space truly to life.
The process is simple and transparent:
Initial Contact: Start by contacting me using the form below. Share your ideas and your desired timeline. This initial stage helps us determine if we can collaborate on creating your dream painting, and there's no obligation to proceed.
Formalizing the Commission: After discussing your requirements and ensuring you're ready to move forward, I will send you a contract outlining the timeline and payment schedule. To secure your place on my commissions list and cover materials, an initial payment instalment of one-third of the total amount is due (non-refundable).
Work in Progress: Once I've received the agreement and initial payment form you, I'll begin working on your artwork. When it reaches the halfway point, I will share progress photos with you, providing an opportunity for your feedback. The second instalment is due at this stage.
Completion and Delivery: Once the painting is finished, I'll email you photos of the final piece. If it meets your approval, I will send you the invoice for the final instalment. Upon receiving the final payment, we'll arrange for the delivery of your painting. If you're local and prefer to collect it from my studio, I'd be delighted to welcome you.

Format: Do you prefer a landscape, portrait, or square format?
Time Frame: Commissioning a painting typically takes around 8 weeks due to the drying time and my schedule.
Uniqueness: I don't recreate previous paintings, as each piece results from an intuitive and exploratory process, ensuring originality.
Budget: What is your budget for the commission?
